Accepted Reasons for Refund or Replacement

We only accept refund or replacement requests for the following reasons, and we reserve the right to deny any request if it does not meet our criteria:

  1. Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt.
    • Email adventpitstop@hotmail.com with your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and clear photos.
    • Our team will review your request.
    • If approved, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement (at our discretion).
  2. Lost in Transit If your order is lost during shipping, please contact adventpitstop@hotmail.com within 30 days of the purchase date. We will investigate with the carrier.
    • Once the loss is confirmed, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement (at our discretion).
    • You will be notified as soon as the investigation is complete.
  3. Non-Delivery Due to Uncontrollable Circumstances If your order is not delivered within 30 days due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, customs delays, or major carrier issues), you may request a refund.

    • After review, we will issue a full refund if the claim is approved.
  4. Missing or Incorrect Items If your order is missing items or you received the wrong product, please email adventpitstop@hotmail.com within 30 days of receipt with photos and your order number. We will send the missing/correct items or issue a full refund.

Important Restrictions

  • We do not accept refunds or returns once the product has been opened (i.e., the plastic seal or packaging has been removed), unless the item is damaged, defective, or missing parts.
  • Used, opened, or unsealed items are non-refundable except in the cases listed above.

General Terms

  • All requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase or receipt.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
